| ESSENTIAL T-SHIRT MEASUREMENTS: |

Chest
To take your chest measurements, hold your arms relaxed at your sides, and measure around your entire chest at the armpits; always keep the tape parallel to your belt and always maintain it over the highest part of your chest.
Height
Measure the t-shirt from the base to the top, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the sides of the t-shirt.
Neck
You need to measure around the base of your neck. The measurements that are outlined in the table below is the distance around the entire opening of the neck area.
Sleeve
You need to measure the distance from the outer opening of the sleeve to the base of the shoulder as it is indicated in the diagram.
Overarm
You need to measure the t- shirt by extending the tape around your chest including your arms at the highest point of your shoulder blades; and always try to keep the tape parallel to your belt to ensure accurate measurements. |
